Well the kiddo loves it, it applied easily to our textured walls. The only negative is... its two seperate pieces and they don't line up perfectly. You have to kind of scrunch one up and stretch the other, but when its all said and done... The kids love it.

I really loved this mural when I first hung it up, but by the next morning it had fallen completely off of the wall! The mural will not stick to walls that are even a little bumpy textured!

This is such a wonderful product. Just peel and stick. And if you made a mistake, you can re-peel or re-adjust it without any damage to the wall. Just know that it comes in 2 separate pieces, i knew that when i bought it. It's like a magnet for the wall. Looks great too!!

I bought this mural last year for our 3-year-old. I was able to easily apply it to the wall, and although I had to pick it back up and re-apply it a couple of times to get it straight, it never lost adhesion and never made a mark on the wall. I'm not sure I would describe it as a "Giant" mural, but it is a nice size and my son has loved it. It's beautiful, colorful, and has so much going on. We put his bed next to the wall and applied this onto the wall right beside him. He sits on the bed and talks and talks and talks about this mural. Now, my 1.5-year-old has discovered the mural, and he spends so much time on his brother's bed, talking about Thomas and the other engines. It has become one of out most useful tools in developing their vocabulary. A really great product.
The characters included are: Thomas, Bertie, Sir Topham Hatt, Edward, Emily, Gordon, James, Percy, Cranky the Crane, Toby, Harold, Mavis, and a freight car or two. :) There are also bridges, tunnels, trees, several sheep (great for counting!), houses, and a station.

We were worried when we received this as it does not come with instructions and I had nightmare visions of applying "wallpaper" :)
It was really easy to apply and we could easily move it when we decided to move it to eye level for our 2 year old.
He loves the mural and likes to point out all the characters.
This is a great product.
